Personallity: Kaoru has changed thrice in personalities over his lifetime; both as a human and a vampire. At first, when known strictly as Luca (Human self), Kaoru was kind, caring, helpful, cooperative, and very intelligent. However, after his encounter with a vampire lieutenant, Kaoru became a madman who thirsted for blood and gore. He killed many just to show himself superior in all nations- trophy hunting, in other words. However, as time passed on, after meeting his wife Harmony, Kaoru returned to having the traits his human self had. Albeit, after Harmony died against his will, killing herself after telling Kaoru many times that she wouldn't, Kaoru became a strictly neutral man who lives for what he believes to be the greater good: a mixture between his good and evil side that can be triggered ever so easily.
History:Kaoru was firstly known as Luca: a soldier in the Italian army who is known to be Kaoru's human self. After mastering many skills one night in a training session, a lieutenant wished to meet with him somewhere private. This lieutenant ended up being a vampire known for having "Time Arc" magic: magic that can distort reality to give the user a different appearance. This vampire bit Kaoru. However, at the time, Luca had a flare on his hands, and so he set the vampire aflame before dying. Once reincarnated as a vampire, to avoid suspicion, Luca took on the lieutenant's vampire name, Kaoru. Since then, Kaoru witnessed the darkness of the world. Just by being a vampire, people tried to kill Kaoru, and so Kaoru would kill these people in response to their attempts. Not only this, but he would go on rampages to eliminate many from a single nation; especially the Angels and Fairies. He had the guardian how to him, ensuring he could have temporal peace. During this time, Kaoru met Harmony. They raised an adorable child together. The child's name was/is Rhyme. Until Harmony died against Kaoru's will, nobody in their family was harmed nor did anyone from the outside want to harm Kaoru or his family. Harmony and Kaoru lived together for quite a while until Kaoru fed from Harmony well enough to gain some of her demon side. It was an interesting day, especially since Harmony's demon side was not recommended to be released. A part of Kaoru's vampire-appearance disappeared, although his arm turned into that of a magically enhanced demon arm to express his second race- his left arm, to be exact. Thanks to Harmony, Kaoru grew relationships with many people. However, as it is now, being a widow, Kaoru cannot even keep track of his now heartless daughter. His new objective is to remind Rhyme of that graceful child she once was, and change things back to the way they were for the sake of his family. As of now, all he desires is peace.
